In 2014, he founded Centipede Digital, a marketing and branding agency focused on helping businesses grow through innovative digital strategy, predictive marketing methodologies, and brand development. Through his work in marketing and business strategy, Thomas became a member of the Forbes Agency Council and earned his Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) designation, further establishing his expertise in branding, marketing, and business growth.

Thomas later expanded into luxury construction as Partner at Paramount Hamptons, a premier construction and remodeling company specializing in luxury renovations, custom home builds, additions, subdivisions, and high-end residential development projects across Long Island and the East End. Working closely with homeowners, investors, and development teams, he gained extensive hands-on experience in construction planning, design coordination, permitting, budgeting, and maximizing long-term property value.

His combined expertise in real estate and construction allows him to help clients identify opportunity, evaluate renovation and development potential, and make informed investment decisions with confidence. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Post University, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and continues to combine his entrepreneurial mindset, marketing expertise, and construction knowledge to deliver a highly personalized client experience rooted in professionalism, strategy, and results.
